HASSLES OF A 100LEVEL MEDICAL STUDENT.

¤People Assume You Are Extremely Intelligent Because You Wear Glasses.
A Lecturer once called on me to answer a question this way ; "Girl on
glasses, it is a widely held belief that people wear specs due to
stress from reading too much,so prove me right". I was so dumbfounded
that day ehn,but thank God I managed to answer correctly.

¤Some Students In Other Faculties Look Down On You.
They feel you're where you are because of your parents influence and
you're probably as useless as the 'P' in 'PSYCHOLOGY'
Something they don't know is that some of us are in Medicine as a
result of sheer hardwork!

¤Your Parents Expect You To Already Start Handling Clinical Cases.
My mum recently asked me one terrible anatomy question and i was like
"I'm still in 100l ma" and she said i was already supposed to know
things like that. *sigh*
¤You Most Likely Have Two Heads.
To some callow students,Every Medical student is an unusual being or
maybe even a mini god.
I used to enjoy the appraisal until some two weeks ago when i was
chatting with a friend of mine, and his friend said i don't behave
like a medical stud cause i'm not reserved and quiet. <WTF?!>
¤You're Supposed To Drown Yourself With Books Everyday From 8am to 8pm
At The Library Else You're Not Fit To Be A Medic.
<Seriously who library don help. LOL>
I'm coming out of my school's Bukateria at 12pm and a friend of mine
bumps into me and asks "Aren't you supposed to be in the library?"
I'm like "sweetheart, Q & A"
Q= Do you know what majority of students do in the Library?
A= Sleep, Sleep and Sleep (S^3)
PS: Its not like i don't read sha ooo.

¤You Can't Do Things Normal Students Do.
Some peeps believe that once you are studying Medicine and Surgery,
you shouldn't indulge in politics, contests and extracurricular
activities.
Well I don't know about this guys but i value recreation.

Would these hassles ever come to a halt?
Only time would tell!
